OCEAN PARK
Ocean Park is a vibrant, active community in South Surrey. It's located in the southwestern part of the Semiahmoo Peninsula, bounded by the waters of Semiahmoo Bay and Boundary Bay. On land, Ocean Park borders Crescent Beach to the north and White Rock to the east. The Fraser Reginal library system has a branch here in Ocean Park, right in the heart of our community. There are plenty of shopping and recreational activities as well as schools, parks, and community spaces. We're also situated within close proximity to services in White Rock and South Surrey.

Ocean Park has easy access to Hwy 99 which means the US border is just 15 minutes away and offers a quick route to downtown Vancouver. Buses connect Ocean park to many nearby services and communities and have morning and afternoon commuter bus service to Vancouver from Translink; featuring the South Surrey Park & Ride.

The Ocean Park Community Association volunteer-led board serves the Ocean Park community by maintaining the heritage Ocean Park Hall, organizing fun community events & activities and providing a platform for community concerns & initiatives - the Ocean Park Community Association works hard to preserve and enhance Ocean Park life.
